I’m someone who likes to write lists and get stuff done. I like to keep moving and I find it really hard to just sit still. I’m often busy and I get stressed without even noticing.
Some things I’ve found that help me relax are:
Cups of tea. I like peppermint, chai, rooibos, green, and licorice. I could keep going…
Reading good books.
Reading a good book with a cup of tea while relaxing in the bath.
So I make myself slow down and smell the roses.
