Homemade peanut butter.

I’m a fan of peanut butter. Especially when its spread on celery (my husband got me onto that). Recently I found out there’s lots of nasties in the stuff you buy from the supermarket. So I decided to make my own. I’d heard of people doing it before, they just put the nuts in the food processor until a paste is formed.

Here’s the finished product:

My recipe is just as many peanuts will half fill the processor and a pinch of sea salt. Easy!
